who weighted over 150 kilograms. After getting pregnant at the age of 17, she
began to eat much more junk food than usual and has taken her obesity problem
to the next level of seriousness.
It took her to experience serious back pain issues
and numerous health related issues in order for her to realize that her life
cannot go on like this.
At 31 her friends and family have become her careers and she decided that
this is not the life she wants to lead, thence she decided to consult with more
than 30 specialists about her condition.They all advised her the same thing as expected, to try and lower her weight, or in contrary by the age of 45 she will be stuck in a wheelchair or dead.
Out of a sudden, this young woman, Cheryl Blythe, decided to fight for her life, and she experienced miraculous results only after 18 months.
She made no particular diet plans, and refused the offered surgeries, but simply changed her eating habits, stopped eating the junk food and soda drinks and started to eat healthy snacks only, including raw organic food and healthy cooked food too.
In less than two years she lost surprisingly 89 kg by just cutting the sugar and carbohydrates out of her diet plan.
Her biggest inspirations were her two children, wanting them to have a good understanding of what healthy eating should look like.
