Don't over do it over the holidays, over the top is so last year
We DO hear our body signal us that we are full, but then often we choose
to ignore the signal and eat past full for various reasons (it's there, you
paid for it, you don't want to waste it, etc.). We give our bodies a gift when
we honour that full signal. Try it and see how your body feels. You may like it
enough to make it a habit!
